We have hundreds of wedding and bridesmaids' dresses for you to try in our beautifully spacious Ashford store, as well as comfortable changing rooms with an area for friends and family to sit and offer their opinions. Our friendly staff are always on hand with helpful tips and advice.

Get There By Car

From Junction 9 of the M20, take the 3rd exit into the A20 Fougeres Way. Take the 2nd exit at the roundabout onto the A292 Maidstone Road. Continue on A292.

Be sure to position yourself in the right hand lane at the next set of traffic lights and follow the one way system passing through two further sets of lights.

At the 3rd set of traffic lights, turn right onto Park Street and follow the road around to the right. Pass through one more set of lights and you will find Edinburgh Road multi-story car park to your left.

Parking

Parking is available at the County Square car park, located on Apsley street, TN23 1JA. This car park is open Mon-Sun and is operated by NCP, parking fees are applicable. This is approximately a 5 minute walk to the store

Get There By Train

Park Mall is just a short bus journey away from Ashford international train station. From Ashford International jump on the 2A or 2 and get off at Park Street, Park Mall is signposted from there.

Can I make an appointment?

At WED2B we do not operate a booking system so feel free to visit us at a time that is convenient to you (and your entourage!). We recommend allowing at least 2- 3 hours for your visit so you can try on as many dresses as you like without feeling rushed. The safety of our brides, your entourage and our store colleagues is very important to us - so we will follow the local government guidance given at the time.

Are all dresses on the website available in every store?

Due to the limited edition nature of our bridal gowns, each size in your favourite style may not be available in every one of our stores, however we have hundreds of dresses in store with new styles arriving every week. Our Customer Care team are able to let you know where you can find your favourite dress - you can reach us 7 days a week on 0333 123 7494 or via Live Chat at customercare@wed2b.com.

Do you have your own tailors?

We do not undertake dress alterations ourselves, however we can recommend the services of several highly experienced bridal seamstresses and we will provide the contact details to our customers in store. Our staff are very knowledgeable of what alterations can and cannot be undertaken and will advise you accordingly.

Can my fiance or male friend come to the store?

You are welcome to bring anyone you like with you to find your perfect dress! Please note, our fitting room area is female only but your male guests will be made comfortable within the store and fully included in your dress purchase experience.

Where is the nearest parking for your WED2B Ashford store?

Parking is available in a number of places around Park Mall Shopping Centre. Ashford Park Mall car park is conveniently located on Edinburgh Road in Ashford’s town centre, just a short walk from the popular shopping centre. (TN24 8RY) Alternatively you can park for free after 3pm at Edinburgh Road Car Park (TN24 8LG) Please be aware that spaces are limited in this car park.

Is your WED2B Ashford store wheelchair friendly?

WED2B Ashford is a wheelchair friendly store. Ashford Park Mall car park is the best car park to use for wheelchair friendly access. Edinburgh Road car park is currently under some construction and repairs so the lifts may not be accessible.
