You will be responsible for offering a first class standard of service to our customers. In many cases, you will be the very first point of contact with our customers, either by telephone, email or social media and as such are pivotal in setting the tone for the outstanding levels of customer service that we deliver.
We need people who have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. You will handle all incoming calls from customers offering information and advice to customers about our products and services, as well as responding to emails, social media posts and other enquiries.
The skills and experience you will need to be successful:
Our Customer Care Advisors are outstanding communicators and have a natural enthusiasm for providing premium service to customers. You should be able to adapt your communication style to individual customers and the method of communication. We need people who have an advanced understanding of the workings of social media sites including facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and twitter. It is critical that you have exceptional written communication skills, with brilliant attention to detail concerning spelling, grammar and tone.

Working hours: Our Customer Care team operates between 9am and 10pm 7 days a week. This is a part-time weekend contract however overtime will be available so flexibility is required.
